What you’ll get

The Levelling Up programme gives you the structure, mentorship and community to take your studio from idea to impact.

Foundations, not fluff

Five practical workshops: Ethical Studio Framework; Competitor Landscape; Values & Vision‑Based Marketing; Leadership; Pitching with Purpose.

Real support

Initial qualitative positioning interviews; 1‑to‑1 mentoring; 3 senior‑adviser sessions per studio.

Community

Monthly meetups, industry talks and a digital space (incl. gather.town) for peer‑to‑peer support.

Momentum

Momentum. Public showcase in March 2026, Dundee.

Eligibility

To join the programme, you’ll need to meet a few simple criteria — it’s open, accessible, and designed for founders ready to grow.

Scotland‑based founders (pre‑start or first 5 years of trade) in games or games‑adjacent

Able to participate in a programme of events/meetings/workshops (mix of in‑person (in Dundee & online)

Community‑first support for early‑stage Scottish games founders: mentoring, five bespoke workshops, meetups and a March 2026 Showcase.
